How to enter our 'Spot Prize'

To enter you must:

1) Take part in equivents between now and the competition deadline on midnight on 14 April 2023. 

2)Share your equivent CO2 and energy savings from the equiwatt app on your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account. Click here to learn how to share your savings.

3) Tag the relevant equiwatt social page (e.g @equiwatt on Facebook & Instagram or @equiwattUK on Twitter) so that we can see your post.

4) Tag at least 1 friend in your post.

5) Include the hashtag #MyequiwattSavings in your post.

Meeting these criteria will earn you 1 prize draw entry! Share your CO2 and energy savings from other events to earn more entries!

The Spot Prize closes at 11:59 PM on 14th April 2023. The winner will be announced here, via email & on our Instagram page on the 17th of April 2023! See below for full T&Cs*.

How to enter our Instagram Giveaway

For your chance to win:

1) Follow @equiwatt on Instagram.

2) Tag 3 of your friends in one comment below the competition post on our Instagram page. (Each new comment tagging 3 new friends counts as a new entry.)

3) Like our competition post and share it on your story. N.B. if your account is private then you must send us a screenshot of your story via direct message to qualify.

*The following terms apply to this offer and full equiwatt Prize Terms & Conditions -  Users who share their energy and CO2 savings from equivents before midnight on the 14th of April on social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) with the hashtag #MyequiwattSavings and tag equiwatt & at least 1 friend will be entered into a prize draw to win an Amazon Echo Dot 4th Generation in Twilight Blue or Glacier White. Users will earn an entry to the prize draw when they share their savings on social media. One user will be randomly drawn from all the eligible entries. The draw will be performed by a random computer process within 72 hours of the draw closing. Only 1 reward will be awarded per user/household. If the winner of the prize draw fails to respond to confirm their address within 72 hours of being contacted then a new winner will be chosen by a random computer process. The social post will need to be shared before midnight on 14th April 2023 to be entered into the prize draw. The social post will need to remain on your social media for at least 72 hours. This Spot Prize campaign will terminate at midnight on the 14th of April 2023 and will not apply for subsequent equivents in the following month.  The prize will be emailed/posted to the address registered with the winner's equiwatt account. The bonus points/prizes of each monthly 'Spot Prize' may change and will be detailed when necessary in the equiwatt app and by email. The prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
