How to enter our 'Spot Prize'

To enter you must:

1) Take part in equivents between now and the competition deadline on midnight on 31 December 2024. 

2)Share your equivent CO2 and energy savings from the equiwatt app on your Facebook, X (Twitter) or Instagram account. Click here to learn how to share your savings.

3) Tag the relevant equiwatt social page (e.g @equiwatt) so that we can see your post.

4) Include the hashtag #MyequiwattSavings in your post.

5) Tag a 1 friend or share creative content in your post to earn a bonus entry.

Meeting these criteria will earn you 1 prize draw entry! Share your CO2 and energy savings from other events to earn more entries!

The Spot Prize closes at 11:59 PM on 31st December 2024. The winner will be announced here, via email & on our social pages the week beginning 6th of January 2025! See below for full T&Cs*.

*The following terms apply to this offer and full equiwatt Prize Terms & Conditions -  Users who share their energy and CO2 savings from equivents before midnight on the 31st of December on social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) with the hashtag #MyequiwattSavings and tag equiwatt will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 in points. Users will earn an entry to the prize draw when they share their savings on social media. Users will be awarded a bonus entry for tagging a friend or sharing creative content. One user will be randomly drawn from all the eligible entries to win the grand prize of £100 in points. Fifteen other users will be randomly drawn to win £5 worth of points. The draws will be performed by a random computer process the week commencing 6th January 2025. Only 1 reward will be awarded per user/household. If the winners of the prize draw fail to respond to the email announcing they have won within 72 hours of being contacted then a new winner will be chosen by a random computer process. The social post will need to be shared before midnight on 31st December 2024 to be entered into the prize draw. The social post will need to remain on your social media for at least 72 hours. This Spot Prize campaign will terminate at midnight on the 31st of December 2024 and will not apply for subsequent equivents in the following month unless otherwise stated.  The prize will be emailed/posted to the address registered with the winner's equiwatt account. The bonus points/prizes of each monthly 'Spot Prize' may change and will be detailed when necessary in the equiwatt app and by email. The prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
