Every time a friend signs up to equiwatt with your unique four-digit referral code, connects their smart meter for the first time and earns their first points for saving energy and CO2 in an equivent, we will plant a tree on your behalf using the more:trees platform. 

Where are the trees planted?

Your tree will be planted and cared for in one of more:trees current projects which are:

• Madagascar - Partnering with local communities to reforest one of the world’s top biodiversity conservation priorities.

• Kenya - Working with partners to plant forests that channel water, supporting communities and wildlife.

• Haiti - Helping local farmers plant trees that protect watersheds and improve food security and supply.

By helping to plant trees you contribute towards sequestering emissions while providing co-benefits such as water filtration, shelter, food sources, poverty alleviation and biodiversity.
