How do I resume the account setup process?

If you finish setting up your equiwatt account for any reason you will be able to continue by following the instructions below.

Resuming account set-up before adding your MPAN

If you skipped the setup process completely for any reason you will be able to resume setting up your account by selecting the 'Account Not Set up' widget in the app when prompted (see below).

This can be located in the 'Profile' tab of the app.

Continuing smart meter set-up.

If you added your MPAN to the app, skipped the smart meter part of the set-up process or need to re-add your smart meter for any reason, you can continue the process and connect your smart meter via the 'Connect a Smart Meter' / 'Verify your MPAN' widget in the top left corner of the 'Manage' tab (toggle icon). 

MPAN hasn't been added yet:

1) If you have not yet added your MPAN to your equiwatt account, you will see the following 'Connect a Smart Meter' prompt on the 'Manage' tab of the app.

2) Simply select the 'Connect a Smart Meter' widget and follow the onscreen instructions to get your smart meter connected to the equiwatt app.

MPAN has been added but the smart meter is not connected

1) If you have added your MPAN to your equiwatt account but did not complete the address verification process then, you will see the following 'Verify your MPAN number' prompt on the 'Manage' tab of the app.

2) To verify your smart meter's address, select the 'Verify your MPAN number' widget.
