Please follow the below instructions to disconnect your smart meter or remove your MPAN from the equiwatt app.
1) How do I remove my Smart Meter from the app?
To disconnect your smart meter from the app, please follow the below instructions.
1) Go to the 'Manage' tab of the app
2) Select 'Smart Meter'
3) Select the cog icon in the top right-hand corner
4) Select 'Remove MPAN'
5) Select the red 'Disconnect Smart Meter' button to confirm.
PLEASE NOTE: If you see an error message saying that we are unable to withdraw consent, please contact us at hello@equiwatt.com for support.
2) How do I remove my MPAN from the app?
To remove your MPAN from the app, please follow the below instructions.
TIP: Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find out how to disconnect your smart meter from the equiwatt app.

3) Select the cog icon in the top right-hand corner
4) Select 'Remove MPAN'
5) Select the red 'Remove' button to confirm.
