How do I remove my Smart Meter from the app?

Please follow the below instructions to disconnect your smart meter or remove your MPAN from the equiwatt app.

1) How do I remove my Smart Meter from the app?

In order to disconnect your smart meter from the app, please follow the below instructions.

1) Go to the 'Manage' tab of the app

2) Select 'Smart Meter'

3) Select the cog icon in the top right-hand corner

4) Select 'Disconnect Smart Meter'

5) Select the red 'Disconnect Smart Meter' button to confirm.

2) How do I remove my MPAN from the app?

In order to remove your MPAN from the app, please follow the below instructions.

TIP: Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find out how to disconnect your smart meter from the equiwatt app.

1) Go to the 'Manage' tab of the app

3) Select the cog icon in the top right-hand corner
