When will my reward arrive?

We process gift rewards in batches, so it can take up to 10 working days to receive your gift card.

Once you redeem an eGift card from the equiwatt app, we aim to get it sent out to you as soon as we can. 

However, for administrative reasons, gift redemptions are processed in batches. This means that your eGift card should be with you within 10 working days.

I still haven't received my gift card

If you haven't received your eGift card, the first step is to check your spam/junk folder in your email inbox.

Please be aware that the email will be sent to the email address registered with your equiwatt account and will be sent by Tremendous (rewards@reward.tremendous.com), our rewards partner, and not equiwatt.
