Why do my points appear as pending in the app?
Before we can add your pending points to your account we need to verify your energy savings with NESO which they do every month. This means that pending points for an event will usually be added to your account within 60 days of the event taking place.
We also need to ensure you haven't taken part in the same event run as part of NESO's Demand Flexibility Service (DFS) with a different provider, which goes against NESO's terms and conditions.
Once NESO has verified this information with us we will add your points to your account for you to redeem as you choose. Once this happens your points will show up in your balance and show with a green tick next to them in the participation screen.
