      What do I need before I can connect my AlphaESS battery to equiwatt?

      To connect your AlphaESS battery to the equiwatt app you will need the following:

      • An AlphaESS battery (compatible models: Smile 5, B3, B3 Plus, T10-HV, S6).

      • A working smart meter sending half-hourly readings, plus an export MPAN if you want to sell back to the grid.

      • Access to your email address and either your In-Home Display, MPAN documentation, or a bank card registered at your property to link the meter
