I don’t have a smart meter, can I still verify my MPAN?

You do not need a Smart Meter in order for us to verify your MPAN for you. Read on to learn more.

If you do not currently have a smart meter in your home, you can still verify your MPAN number by simply sending a copy of your electricity bill to us via email at hello@equiwatt.com and we will manually verify your MPAN for you.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have a compatible smart meter, you will not be able to earn points from participating in equivents. Instead, you will be able to enter our monthly prize draw to win £20 worth of points.

You don't need to send us your complete bill but just the section that includes your address and MPAN number. See the example below.
