You will receive a notification via the app in advance of each DFS event to let you know when it is going to happen.
1) If you want to take part in the event you will need to confirm your participation in the app.
2) During the event, you will need to beat your forecast to get rewarded by reducing your energy use and registering what you have switched off in the app.
3) Usually, within 48 hours of the event ending, we will let you know how much energy you have saved.
