In order to reward our community for reducing their energy usage at peak times, we need to have access to their home's energy usage. While more and more smart meters are being installed every year in the UK, we know that not all homes have one just yet.
Depending on your energy provider, you may be able to request that they upgrade your meter and replace it with a smart meter.
