Please follow the below instructions to reconnect your smart meter from the equiwatt app.
How do I reconnect my smart from the app?
In order to reconnect your smart meter to your equiwatt account, please follow the below instructions.
1) Go to the 'Manage' tab of the app
2) Select 'Smart Meter'
3) Select the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
4) Select 'Reconnect smart meter'
5) Select 'Continue' to confirm you wish to reconnect your smart meter.
6) Your smart meter has now been reconnected.
PLEASE NOTE: It can take 48 hours for the reconnection process to be completed and for your smart meter data to appear in the app.
