Can I verify my MPAN manually?

Please email us with a copy of your electricity bill to hello@equiwatt.com if you would like us to manually verify your MPAN for you.

If you are unable to verify your Smart Meter’s MPAN number by selecting ‘Verify your MPAN number’ in the ‘Manage’ tab of the app, or you do not currently have a smart meter installed at your home address then we can verify your MPAN number manually for you.


To do this simply send a copy of your electricity bill to us via email at hello@equiwatt.com and we will manually verify your MPAN for you.


You do not need to send us your complete bill but simply the section that includes your address and MPAN number. See below for an example.

NOTE: We currently manually verify user MPAN numbers in batches several times a week.
